Tom Thumb tells the story of a young boy born into a poor lumberjack family who is literally no bigger than a thumb. Two strangers, amazed at the boy's small stature, try to buy the boy from his father. Tom tries to trick the two men and escape to his father. On his way back home, Tom must befriend local thieves, escape from a cow's stomach, and lead a wolf back to his home.
