Cinderella is the story of a young woman who finds herself caught up in a terrible set of circumstances. When the young girl's mother dies, her father remarries. For his second wife, the girl's father married a woman who not only commanded and controlled him, but treated Cinderella terribly. When the prince organizes a ball that Cinderella is not allowed to attend, Cinderella's fairy godmother appears and sets to work sending Cinderella to the ball.
